These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the judking88 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, games, and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by judking88 ("we", "us", "our", "judking88").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the judking88 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the judking88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Not Excluded: You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the judking88 Platform or any affiliated platform.

judking88 reserves the absolute right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any Account that does not meet, or ceases to meet, these eligibility requirements.

To access real-money gaming on judking88, you are required to complete the account registration process and submit to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC verification is a mandatory regulatory requirement and serves to protect both the Platform and its players from fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

judking88 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending completion of KYC verification and to withhold withdrawals until all required documentation has been submitted and approved.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. judking88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted under specific game rules.
• In-play sports bets are accepted based on data feeds from our official data providers. judking88 is not responsible for any delays in live data transmission that may affect in-play betting markets.
• judking88 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or where accepting the bet would constitute a manifest error in the stated odds or game parameters.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Players accept that the RNG results are final and binding.
• Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and all other listed events — are subject to the official results announced by the relevant governing body. judking88's interpretation of official results shall be final in the event of any dispute.

• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, where you have been legally ordered to refrain from gambling, or where you are acting on behalf of a third party.

All content on the judking88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, designs, data, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to judking88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, judking88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and accepted voluntarily by the Player;
• Technical interruptions, Platform unavailability, or loss of data caused by circumstances outside judking88's reasonable control, including Force Majeure events;

Nothing in these Terms shall limit judking88's liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable law.

judking88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify registered Players by email or via an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. judking88 operates its online gaming services under applicable international licensing frameworks.
